On December 19 , 2001 , “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring” was released in German cinemas. During the world premiere in London, the audience was already enthusiastic. This euphoria also bore fruit in Germany and many other countries. More than 11.8 million people saw the film in our cinemas, not counting the millions who watched it later on their sofa at home. The literary adaptation of part 1 of the J.R.R. Tolkien saga was conceived as a trilogy at the time. It triggered a new and long-lasting fantasy wave in cinema and television. Daily new quizzes – online, mobile & good for general knowledge
In the Lord of the Rings quiz, we focus on Part 1 of the saga and you must have actually seen the movie to answer some of the quiz questions. For example, director Peter Jackson makes a brief cameo. Do you remember that? But what exactly is he holding in his hand? That’s a really tough question, but quiz questions about some of the other scenes in the movie, the Oscar nominations and the catchy theme song are rather easy exercises.
In our opinion, the quiz on the first part of the Lord of the Rings trilogy is fairly simple. The 13 quiz questions can also be answered by people who can’t remember every dialog between Gandalf and Frodo or know the names of the orcs by heart. However, we didn’t want to lose sight of the many hardcore Lord of the Rings fans. That’s why we’ve also put together a Gollum quiz with slightly more difficult questions and if you like it even more difficult, you should try the Gandalf quiz .
This quiz on “The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring” seems to us to be a good preparation for the fantasy story that Amazon is already bringing to life in series form. The material by J. R. R. Tolkien has been adapted into a new movie. However, this is a prequel that takes place around 3000 years before the events in the trilogy.
How well do you remember Peter Jackson’s masterpiece? Test it out in the Lord of the Rings quiz!
